To accommodate guests’ changing food preferences, De Zan said that the resort has made a number of changes to its restaurants and bars. One of the biggest novelties is a vegan food option, a growing trend among international travelers who are conscious of climate change.

The company is now aiming for a similar result with its Punta Cana establishment. So far, the hotel is seeing higher demand and more bookings, as guests are excited to try out the new rooms and see the recent additions.
