La Romana-Bayahíbe

According to the latest report on hotel occupancy in the Dominican Republic, La Romana is currently ranked the second most popular destination on the sunny island. With an average occupancy rate of 79% from January to September, La Romana sits just below Punta Cana in terms of overall popularity.

La Romana is also famous for having some of the most breathtaking scenery in the Dominican Republic. The island of Catalina is just a stone’s throw away from La Romana and is a hotspot for snorkeling, diving, and hiking.

Samaná

But with travel numbers set to explode later this year, it’s likely the paradisiacal destination will see its occupancy soar as hotels and resorts fill up.

Santo Domingo

The bustling capital city of the Dominican Republic is quickly growing as a mainstream destination for culture & history lovers.
