The ambitious project is expected to receive up to 10,000 tourists daily and allow the docking of three cruise ships simultaneously.

But Samaná Bayport is not solely about attracting cruise ship visitors.

The restoration of 50 stunning Victorian houses in Sanchez and the refurbishment of the fishing dock and the Santa Bárbara de Samaná boardwalk are just some of the infrastructure improvements currently underway.

Santiago de Los Caballeros
